Mark Wilburn from the Richmond, BC ,Tom Lee store assisted me for a digital piano purchase. He was professional all the way, from the initial contact by email, to the delivery of the piano to my car's trunk. He has an extremely positive attitude that makes you feel that that was the right piano you got from the right store :) My daughter is very happy with the new "toy", and also says thanks to Mark and Tom Lee Music. Also, big thanks to the guys from the store that made my buying experience so smooth and relaxed. For any other music related purchase, I will first look up this store from all the Vancouver area.

I was having some issues with my clarinet, it was recommended I go to the Tom Lee Music store in Richmond. To my surprise my clarinet came back better than ever, I was a grateful musician. I definitely need to give a big thanks to Howard Lee, he took the time to explain why I was having those issues and also the repairs and adjustments he did. He gave me tips and recommendations to better keep my clarinet in the best performance condition and recommended how I should be storing it when not in use. I can’t say enough about Howard and his dedication to his craftsmanship, he’s very thorough and precise I’d highly recommend this place for servicing. Thank you again Howard you are truly skilled in your craft… Five Stars!

Great service at Tom Lee Music Richmond! We went in with an old violin, thinking it needs a new bow. Eric our representative is super patient explaining the condition of our violin, and provide a few viable short term and long term option for us to choose from. He is also very knowledgeable about other departments in his store, which helps when my daughter needs to get a new Ukelele in the future. Thank you Eric and the team for your great service! We will come back for all of our music needs.

A couple of years ago, we spent $15k+ on a new piano and the service was excellent. Carolyn was awesome and I gave five stars. Today, I went in to try to buy a few piano books only to be yelled at by an employee named Eric because I tried coming in to pick them up early rather than wait for his call. This was for an online order I placed the day before. The service could have been a lot better! To be fair, there were two younger employees who were friendly and tried to help out but in the end they told me it was Eric's department. Downgraded to two stars!

I reserved a Technics Turntable came in 3 hours later , walk in the door 3 people said hello and William help me right away he has very good knowledge of everything first time buying at Tom Lee Music and won’t the last excellent service I’m very impressed could have given 6 stars ⭐️

Great service and great price! My 9 year old daughter received a hand-me-down guitar and went to Tom Lee Music Richmond to change the strings. We were shocked with the very affordable price and amazing service. The dirty old guitar were cleaned and string changed by manager William. Now it looks brand new! He also taught us how to tune the guitar. Thank you so so much William! Your help opened a new door to my daughter. Much appreciated 👍

I stopped in to check out a sale they had on fender B-stock guitars. All three staff members who I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. They let me try a few guitars, before I made my choice. I saved a lot of money on a beautiful guitar.

No one greeted us when we came in. There was one old lady with glasses at the counter that looks at you as if you can’t afford their stuff. The staff are so serious as if they don’t like their jobs at all, helpful in a way though, but you won’t feel comfortable at this place. Since we’re already there, we bought the instrument and accessories we wanted but we won’t come back here anymore. We’ll just check the other branches next time because this store has definitely a wide selection of music instruments and accessories.
